Adelaide Student Houses

At Adelaide Student Houses we understand what it feels like to be living in unfamiliar surroundings a long way from home. In our student homes, we work hard to create comfortable, friendly environments that feel a little like home.

Both our homes are fully furnished. Each room has a bed, desk, wardrobe, bedside table and lamp. Broadband is cabled into each room so all you need to bring are your clothes, your study needs and yourself! We can even provide linen if required. The costs of electricity, gas, water and broadband are included in your weekly rent, so all you need to pay for is your food.

We are so convinced that you'll enjoy living at an Adelaide Student Houses home that we don't expect you to sign a lease. We use Rooming Agreements instead, which allow you to leave at a week's notice. At each of our homes, the grounds are maintained, leaving you free to think about your study.

At present we operate two homes in the western suburbs of Adelaide.
